I'm not familiar with Mr. Frenzel, but if he
purports that you can open a remote lock system
via "phone to cell phone" link, I would
respectfully suggest a reassessment of his RF
understanding ;-)

Adding my naysay on this farfetched notion as well. I'm not an RF
engineer, just an electronic tech with over 40 years of experience, most
of it in RF. FCC license # on request.
