Yes the everything except the braking surface itself. Here in Upstate NY the vents of the rotors can get really rusty so I painted them to curtail it a bit. Makes it look nicer (black paint). I used 500 degree engine paint. I've heard of people using hobby paint and such but after awhile the heat tends to discolor it a bit. So I met the idea half way with engine paint, a bit more expensive then regular paint but not as expensive as 'caliper' paint. Though I would like to know if 'powder coating' would work. Eastwood sells a kit, but you bake the powder in your oven and I'm not sure what happens to powder if gets reheated from braking.
