Check the service book and ask for any service records. Has the Timing Belt been done?, clutch?, Exhaust?, Tires, Brakes? etc. I f all have been recently done and the car is in good condition, it MAY be worth 7500 hun,BUT if many of the items are a 50% life or less then accept that costs, that are normal maintenance and wear & tear costs, will come up. This is just as true for Subaru as for any other make. If this is a well, or very well maintained car, with a good documented ownership history it MAY be worth paying a slight premium. If the history etc is suspect or unknown, 7500 is probably too much for a relatively high-mileage car, try 5500 or so. hello, i'm looking at a 1999 impreza ts (no turbo) it has 190,000 thousand [quoted text clipped - 9 lines] 2001 Legacy Outback Wagon, 2.5L H-4 Chicago, Illinois USA |
