Maybe the slope of the hatch is such that some air
will be finally pumped into the spoiler
so that the latter can make some difference.
I wonder if FHI has put that contraption
thru a windtunnel and a test roadcourse yet.

I thought so until I watched the Elise behind the scenes video
that I posed a link to a few days back. Look at the section about
20-40 minutes
into a video about the smallish change to the Elise posterior that
lotus
aerodynamicist had an argument over with the designers.
What's odd is that the shape of the spoiler on the new impreza is the
same.
If the model/real thing were thru the aerodynamic tube the designers
would've tweaked the helicopter blade by now to adjust for the
different
airflow over the hatch.

they mention the STI will got 2.0 liter engine ... but for US market?

plus I can not get why on Chicago Auto show which comes up in a day
Subaru can not show 2008 model ...
