§*953. Private correspondence with foreign governments

Any citizen of the United States, wherever he may be, who, without
authority of the United States, directly or indirectly commences or
carries on any correspondence or intercourse with any foreign
government or any officer or agent thereof, with intent to influence
the measures or conduct of any foreign government or of any officer
or agent thereof, in relation to any disputes or controversies with
the United States, or to defeat the measures of the United States,
shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three
years, or both. This section shall not abridge the right of a
citizen to apply, himself or his agent, to any foreign government or
the agents thereof for redress of any injury which he may have
sustained from such government or any of its agents or subjects.
So who is going to prosecute her? The Attorney General has been cut
down and scared of her. She is free to do whatever she pleases now
that she is the Speaker. You know she is above the law now.

Above the law, you say? That puts her in the same situation your fearless
leader has been in for over six years. an enviable spot, I guess.

ANY CITIZEN, ANY CITIZEN, tom, can't you read?

Nope, Tom Slick can't read.

The Left can read only when it suits them. That's why so many of them I
don't even read anymore. I know exactly what they're going to say.

So sweetheart, they didn't try to cut a deal with another country behind
our back. At least now YOU know the law so don't try anything foolish
like Kerry or pelosi did.
--

How do you know the earlier visitors were NOT sent to "cut a deal"? What do
you think their purpose was? Just a quick hello, and tell the Syrians "We're
not really meeting with you because George said we can't, but he sorta said
we can, and ain't this confusing?"
