Despite Toyota theoretically installing Vehicle Stability Control (VSC) as
an option on an XR Toyota Matrix, it seems like it is rare for them to
actually install VSC on any Matrix.

Is there anyone out there with a Matrix that actually does have VSC? Is
so, what style car, and what options/option packages do you have?
