Now if Bush could show the same maturity--A visit from eleven Republican
members of Congress today may be a step in reality therapy for the
"Commander Guy"

Yeah, I had to give her credit for that. Maybe there's hope for her after
all.

Bush is showing maturity. He's trying to finish something he started
in Iraq and not leave it for the next President, especially a Democrat
President. It's a good thing he's not a "pass the buck" kind of guy,
much like his predecessor. Taking responsibility and trying to correct
things is the sign of maturity most left wingers haven't grasped yet.

Its easy to accept responsibility when your publicist and lawyer tell you
there is no way out of it. Its also a smart business move not to be
disgruntled about it. maybe to repair any damage she will just submit
herself to rehab afterwards.

That's why I said "maybe" - I knew it was a strategic move.

For her sake, I hope she learns from this.

Really? My idea of Maturity is planning ahead, not undertaking foolish
adventures, monitoring the progress and success of the undertaking and
correcting mistakes in a timely fashion. George W. has come to that party
rather late in his presidency, if at all. Stay the course, cut and run, and
whatever else you might like to use for verbal cover, Iraq is not our
country's finest moment and if you don't like what you hear, complain to
Bush about it and spare me the "its not fair" BS.
