Cathy Actually the real reason I don't buy in NY is a couple of times I drove thru lower NYS late at night and could NOT find a gas station on the Interstate. If idiots from Florida get stranded on the road, it's their own fault. Too much inbreeding. NO OTHER STATE BETWEEN FLORIDA AND MAINE HAS THE PROBLEM..... That makes it a NY problem..... Scott in Florida What highway was this? My route used to be from the Garden State Parkway ending up crossing the Tapanzee Bridge. I'm only semi-familiar with 84, but it goes right through Newburgh - there's a gas station (or two or three) visible from 84 at that point - before you cross over the Hudson (going west to east).
