Maybe instead of sleeping with the Chinese and giving them our secrets Bill should have been severing our relations with them. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/main...6/09/26/wchina 226.xml |

They don't seem to understand these things take root years prior and decisions we made before are affecting us now. Who in their right mind would be selling technological secrets to foreign governments who are clearly enemies of ours at the time? Personally I don't agree with the adage "The enemy of my enemy is my friend" since that friend can easily turn on you and become your enemy. |

Yeah, like nobody in China was smart enough to figure out lasers unless they stole them from us. |
|
Get a grip. China has the resources to do this kind of thing because we've been buying billions of dollars of made-in-China crap every week from them. Their schools are getting to be top notch and their students bust their ass for good grades and they're all willing to study math and science. Ours don't. |
|
You don't see Chinese school boards trying to teach "Intelligent Design" or, worse, "Creationism," they know the way to whip our asses is with real science. They respect learning, education and the scientific method. |

They are within their rights to do that. Would we do the same thing? Of course we would. Fucking hypocrite. |
