You said to buy an umbrella policy....I said it won't protect you....from all perils.... Actually, you made assinine, obviously incorrect claims like "Umbrella policies do not protect you from anything", Scott. You've since back-pedalled to "they won't protect you from all perils", which is so obvious that it's not worth saying. Unbrella policies do protect you from quite a bit. If you don't have enough insurance to cover your assets, you're a fool. Well, you're a fool in either case. An umbrella policy will NOT protect you from anything. If you f*uck up and have assets ( btw idiot an insurance policy is an asset) you will be sued and lose all your assets. |

It is not. We're not talking about a whole-life policy here. We're talking about liability/umbrella insurance. ROFLMAO A umbrella policy isn't an asset? ROFLMAO |

You signed your name twice in one post, Ditz That's rather ironic that you should say that, considering the fool you've made of yourself, AGAIN. Naturally, in a "serious" situation, the opposing lawyer will go-after your insurance. That's kind of what it's there for, you freaking idiot! That doesn't make it an "asset". IF you have adequate insurance, it covers your assets, so they are not at risk from a liability lawsuit. Let me get this straight..... you have a million in insurance and a million in assets. That protects your million? |
....or that makes you a two million dollar target. |
Get real....LOL |
If you have a $million in assets, and a $million in liability insurance, they can't just sue you for many $millions and get both your personal assets and your insurance. Insurance wouldn't do you much good then, would it, you moronic twit They can't? Where is the rule that they can't. |
gawd you really are a ditz... |
"Duuhhhh.... Why should I have insurance? They'll just go after the insurance plus my personal assets! Duuhhhhhh...." of course they will.... |
I think you should go out in the real world and study a bit...ditzy |
