Work well - repelling some future dust, or not?? Cathy So far, so good! |

Seems to last a lot longer than Armor-All, et al, also. Glad to be of assistance! |

When it does fog up, it will take about 2 seconds to clear, and smoke won't stick to it. If smoke does stick to it, wipe it with a microfiber cloth and it will shine right up. |

In message news:y9idnRTKoPSilszb4p2dnA (AT) giganews (DOT) com, Cathy F. sprach forth the following: Considering no one smokes in my car, where does the haze come from? Something called "plasticizers". Basically it's what makes a shiny surface shiny. Sort of the same way that silver polish dissolves an extremely thin layer of tarnish from the silver, plasticizers peel off some of the dulled surface of the dash. The residue continues this process, and it finds its way onto the windshield. Armor-All is particularly notorious for doing this. |
