While this has been the case in the past, there is a provision that if a
Doctor goes an extra measure to prolong the life of an elderly patient, he
can have some of his compensation (read: PAY) witheld for not following
guidelines.
I'm sure there are insurance companies that do this. Now the government
wants to also.
What's the difference?
