According the US Supreme Court, the EPA has the duty to regulate CO2
emissions from cars.

Well, of course they do. But, someone the other day said that "Global
Warming" is not a term used to describe climate change from man-made
causes. I provided links that do show the term "Global Warming" is used to
define pollution caused climate change.
I (& I think one other person?) said that the words themselves do not
indicate anything political. It's what you (singular or plural) ascribe to
them that's political.

I said, and I will repeat, that global warming is an alarmist term coined by
the environmental lobby. The scientific term is climate change. Climate
change, from a scientific perspective, can be either warming or cooling. But
it is still climate change.

Science looks at climate change, and ascribes causes as it sees appropriate.
The causes can be man made or natural. Science is not concerned with
alarmist terms, like global warming or impending ice age. Science is only
interested in change, and the possible causes. As for the current change,
most of science is that it is from natural causes and human activity might
play a role in the speed or extent of the change, but the change is
inevitable regardless of what humans might be doing.

What's the scientific term to describe warmer climate? What about
such warming on a global scale?

Global warming and climate change are completely apolitical terms by
themselves, just as is the name "Barak Hussein Obama", but the GW Bush
White House has deliberately shunned the term "global warming" because
they don't want any pro-environmental policies to be associated with
Al Gore. Similarly, some extreme Republican commentators say "Barak
Hussein Obama" instead of "Barak Obama" because they want people to
associate Obama with Saddam Hussein.

Quote:
There is little debate that the climate is changing, and the consensus is
that warming is happening. The debate -- of which there is plenty -- is
whether or not human activity is the main cause of climate change, or merely
a contributor to natural phenomena.
There is no debate among scientists about human activity being the
main cause of global warming because none of them believe that it is.

Incorrectumongo again. They want the voters to know he is of muslim
ancestry. We want to know ALL about the person who might be leading the
nation. Personally, I won't be voting for him nor for that woman,
hillary clinton.

Hillary Clinton is a woman? Gee, when she was wife of the Governor of
Arkansas, we know who wore the pants in that family.

Oh. . . . .

Yeah, right, like "Barak" and "Obama" don't accomplish that well
enough.
