Then, you can parse that statement father: "almost certainly" - okay, that
makes sense, since no one is 100% sure of what's going on, & tends to be a
given with hypotheses. However, the phrase "entirely natural" can be taken
two ways: 1) the entire/whole causation is natural, with human activities
playing no role whatsoever, or 2) the role of the earth's orbit & sun on the
earth's climate is a very natural thing. (But this latter take on "entirely
natural" doesn't preclude other factors as well.)

3) All of human activities are natural. So creating green-house gases,
living in houses and taking space-craft to moon are all perfectly natural.
