Someone needs to get his facts straight. The Kyoto treaty was never even
submitted to the US Senate by the Clinton admistaration because there were
not enough votes for it to be ratified. That was long before Bush was
elected.

The Kyoto treaty is a farce.

And its adoption wouldn't have affected our economy, while its
rejection just makes other nations angry and, much more importantly,
makes it harder for us to get countries like China to eventually clamp
down on global warming emissions.

Congress granted him the authority to do what it takes to enforce the first
