All the more reason for Pelosi to heed George's word and NOT go to
Damascus. It says absolutely nothing in the article you posted about them
not being told to go, and perhaps they were on a mission sanctioned by the

So, any good they may have done on that trip has probably been undone by
the lying Pelosi, unless the State Department can convince the Syrians
