Come on Scott, where's that "can do" attitude? ;-)

I also pump mine with a bicycle pump, about 8-10 pumps per PSI as I
recall.

The theory is that nitrogen does not bleed out through pores in the rubber.
Helium will bleed faster than nitrogen because it has smaler molecules.

I'm good with visiting the air pump on occasion, and don't really care that
my air bleeds out.

Real Men use a bicycle pump to top off the tires....LOL

gawd it takes a lot of strokes to make a pound....even in my 13 inch
tires...LOL

Note - the advantage to using a pump is that you can check and adjust
the pressure when the tires are *truly* cold.

You probably won't believe this....but I have made it thru the Florida

I do find the beauty of the Spanish Siesta time...LOL

Fans and a pool make it tolerable.

I would never have been able to do it when I moved down in '79, but
just as an experiment I tried it and it really isn't that bad.

But Scott, I'll bet it's not really that GOOD either.
Actually, I thought it would be pretty terrible. It really isn't.

Now I notice how damned cold people keep their businesses.

But is your Toyota air conditioned?

Yes it is and I use it occasionally to keep the seals in good shape or
when I have a wimp friend on board...LOL

Can you also run an air ratchet, impact gun, die grinder, or paint gun with
the pump?

Yup, a compressor comes in very handy, plus, with a compressor, you have an
excuse to get an impact gun, impact sockets, air ratchet, angle die grinder,
cutoff tools, paint guns, sanders, sand blasters, and blow nozzles!

I know....I know....

I just thought of a job I should do....flush my brake system.

I do have a good 'sucker'. One of those hand held dudes that pulls
the fluid out at each brake. I've done that once on my wagon. Guess
it is time to do it again.

I SHOULD have done it while my boy was home on leave....but he escaped
un worked...LOL
