Hi Anyone out there have any dealings with cleaning these windscreen washer jets out? They must have some sort of crap in them, because only today drivers side working fine passenger side ok ish.......Then all change, there is no consistency, changing like the wind. lol Not quite the same as putting a pin in the hole is it, like in the good old days? Any serious advice on how to do it would be most welcome Thank you in advance. Cheers Chuckie F |

You should use it in the cars with fan-type jets, otherwise they block, plus it's cheap, even from the dealer, and works well. Personally, I'd replace the jets. |

Hmmm never heard this one myself, I've been using halfords blue screen wash and wilkinson screen wash (concentrate) never had a problem in the last 12 months roughly. Whatever, there were a few warranty claims refused for washer systems if the VAG fluid wasn't used (though sometimes for the troublesome rear jets), and for the cost of the stuff, I use it anyway- I find it's better than most. |

Hmm I think I shall switch on that information. Out of interest do you know how much the fluid costs and how much you get ? Can't remember, but GSF sell it as well. |

Was a bit worried bout the removal of the pipes, but just twisted and pulled them off. Got some VAG washer fluid too. lol Cheers CF |
