How do you remove the front passenger and drivers seat from a 1996 mk4 polo 6N??

hey,

Im trying to fit aftermarket seats into my 1.0l 6n polo but I cant
seem to gets the stock seats out! spent almost 4 hours trying to get
them out but so far no luck.

If anyone could tell me how its done Id be really very greatful.

remember Im trying to take out the FRONT seats of my Polo 6N, not the
rear, theyre easy.
