Engine needed for 2000 GTI

I am looking for a new engine for my 2000 GTI VR6. I live in the NYC
metro area. (Northern NJ to be specific) If anyone knows a reputable
supplier of VW engines I'd appreciate a point in their direction .
New, rebuilt, used etc.
