Default Parting out sale, Interested? - 02-11-2004 , 03:59 PM

In lieu of my recent car troubles I'm going to need to liquidate some
stuff I have.
Right now I have 2 1/2 dismantled cars sitting at my house that my mom
wants me to get rid of and that aren't worth much to me anymore.

The GTI was running good until the windshield cracked and alternator went
bad. And in my 17 year old wisdom I decided it was best to sacrifice it to
make the Diesel a complete car.
The Diesel has been totaled twice. Once I resurrected it from a family
friend and added a hood, fender, bumper, etc to make it drivable. Second
time i hit a telephone pole, straight on at about 55 after a course
readjustment by black ice.
GTI:
Engine could be pulled and turned into a 1.8t project
Transmission still worked fine when it was parked
Diesel:
Engine was still running after I hit the telephone pole
Transmission should still be good, it's moved back a bit though.
Misc. stuff is what ever is on a standard Golf/GTI.
I have some rims. The type that came on the GTI, 6 of them. 3 are yellow
tinted, 3 are white.

I can't ship anything, and this will be a you bring your own tools/truck
and rip it off type deal. I'll be very competitive (hell my mom's ready to
pay someone to take it away.) I'm in Zipcode 46755. Kendallville, IN.

I'm not doing anything right now, I'm just trying to generate interest,
see if it's even worth doing over a weekend. But once everything warms up
we can do it.
