The first thing you should do is buy a Bentley service manual (about $50). Make sure you can an edition that is for your specific car. Non-functional lights can be due to several things: bad wiring, defective connectors, blown fuses, defective relays, defective switches, or a combination of these things. Your fusebox problem is probably due to leakage coming from around the windshield frame, or from plugged rain drains located just forward of the firewall (in the engine compartment near the bottom of the windshield. Whatever the cause, the water leak problem must be solved or you will be replacing your fusebox again. But get the Bentley before doing any more work on your car. It is the best service manual, and will be a great help in servicing your car correctly. |
