1. Are there still new R32's about? I realize this is perhaps an
unanswerable question, but would appreciate any suggestions if no sightings
available.

2. Is there an inordinate number of R32's (used) for sale already? Seem to
be a lot on e-bay, and one local dealer has one. All are low-mileage.
Problems cropping up?

I was surprised to see that my local dealer in the Puget Sound area had
three used R32s on the lot as of last week. I assume they picked them up at
auction, and are hoping to get top dollar in a relatively affluent area. All
have around 30,000 miles and are priced as new. I didn't spend much time
checking out their condition, as I don't want to be tempted to upgrade my
'87 GTI...way upgrade...
