démarrage par temps froid

Mon Jetta TDI est dur a Démarré par temps froid , j'ai de l'huile
syntech (Castrol) 5w40 depuis que j'ai ce jetta , ya 200,000 km et il
va tr`s bien , yé juste dur a démarré quand il n'est pas
connecté , -15 dégré . Que faire ???

Your diesel starts hard when cold (5F), you have the correct oil in it,
what could it be?

In no particular order:

Clogged fuel filter and/or water in the filter.
One or more glow-plugs disfunctional.
Glow-plug fuse open or thermally intermittent.
Glow Plug Relay intermittent or dirty.

Check the filter, check the fuse and/or relay, then check the plugs.
