I know this is probably old old news for most of you, but my daughter has a 99 VW New Beetle and she is having window problems. Evidently they are off the track at the moment and won't roll up. But I have paid for window motors quite a while ago when the car was almost new. Can anyone explain what the window recalls are so I don't have to take the dealers word for it? Thanks!! Why shouldn't you take the dealers words, that's why they are there. The update is for the regulators and not the motors and they are under warranty for up to 7 years! Woodchuck. |
