Hi,

I have a 87 240 GL and need the front caliper mounting bolt torques. Any
techs out there?

Use thread locking fluid and do them up 1½ - 2 grunts. This translates
to about 75ftlbs.

Mine were so tight I just got them out with a rattle gun. Had to weld the
sockets on to stop them from jumping/slipping. Replacement bolts were only
available from Volvo. No one else had sufficient hardness.
I would probably recommend single using the bolts for this but that's up to
you.
My book also shows 75.
